If the thought of making pasta at home intimidates you, than The Glorious Pasta of Italy, named one of five essential Italian cookbooks by Serious Eats, is just the book you need. Domenica Marchetti’s friendly and reassuring voice will show you how to relax and have fun, the way pasta making should be.  Devoid of ambiguity and complexity, her instructions are written in a manner befitting a former news reporter.  Her experience as a teacher gives her even greater clarity, but it is her deeply seated passion for Italian cooking, particularly that of the Abruzzo region, that makes all of her books priceless.

Before long, you’ll be making pasta like a pro…or better yet, like an Italian grandmother. And what to do with all that pasta.  Well, that’s the best part. There are literally dozens of classic and neo-classic mouth watering recipes.  What are you waiting for?  Grab this book, and start making homemade pasta.  You may never go back to boxed pasta again.
